Our girls attend all of our practices based on skill level any day of the week.
Note: Girls are not required to partner with boys.
*Note: Experienced beginners with previous competitions history/wrestlers who are competing this winter season in MDWL should come to beginners practice

Camps
Legend Wrestling will be conducting camps and clinics throughout the year. We will bring in some of the most successful wrestlers and coaches in our country and will have clinicians from all the major universities in our area participating.
